Radio Science for the Classroom

This video was developed to demonstrate to instructors and students how a radio transmitter works.

As part of a “Lab Before Lecture” series , we show how a kit can be constructed and provided to an instructor for use in the classroom. The goal is to cultivate a “student learning mindset” to introduce skills critical for working in technical industries.  See the goals of  “Beacon Engineering Consortium” and the description of Networked Improvement Communities for more information.

Feel free to pass this video along to teachers that are struggling to get the attention of students.
